Complaints

If something goes wrong, here's exactly what happens.

Every client of Assurex has the right to file a complaint, to be kept informed while it is investigated, and to escalate to the regulator if the outcome does not satisfy them.

You submit it

Send your complaint by email to Info@assurexeg.com, by phone, by WhatsApp, or in person at our office. No special form is required.

We register it

Your complaint is logged in our system with a unique reference number and acknowledged within 24 hours. The reference number is yours to track it with.

We investigate

It is routed to the department concerned and overseen by our Compliance function. We update you on progress at least every 48 hours until it is closed.

We resolve it

You receive a written outcome within 5 working days. The complaint is only closed after you confirm the resolution is acceptable.

Your right to escalate to the FRA

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to submit it directly to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) — the body that supervises and regulates insurance brokerage in Egypt. Escalating to the FRA costs you nothing and does not affect your policy or your relationship with us.
